A 100-year-old building gets a new lease on life with a full foundation and structural retrofit, reconfiguring the floor plan to add an en suite bathroom to one of the bedrooms, a great room with living, dining, and kitchen with connections to replacement balconies and compact stairs to enable more space in the small back yard. Existing single pane windows will be replaced and insulation added to the building perimeter for a high performance envelope.
