We will add two small buildings: a garage and workshop in an existing parking area to a Sea Ranch home originally designed by James Docker Design/Build (my dad!) searanchbuilder.com in the early 2000s. The workshop will be insulated and fitted with a split system for working in comfort, with solar panels planned for the roof. Both buildings will have carriage doors, manually operated in the workshop, remote controlled in the garage.
